Holiday makeup has a reliable party trick: turn everything gold. Dior’s Backstage Pop Glow collection offers a rather frostier invitation. Its Icy Rosy palette puts mint, pink and lilac into the conversation, making sparkle feel less like the finishing touch to a bronze face and more like the starting point for a different colour story.
The collection has three coordinated families: Icy Rosy, Glazed Honey and Sparkly Plum. Each pairs a Glow Maximizer Palette with limited-edition shades of Lip Glow balm and Lip Glow Oil. Dior’s Japanese announcement was published on 27 October; its November release dates apply to Japan. The products are already listed on Dior’s UK website, so those dates should not be mistaken for a British launch countdown.
Icy Rosy is the most interesting departure. The 006 palette combines pale, cool-toned colours, while shade 113 brings frosted pink to both lip formats. In the brand photography, the clear compact and almost sugared colours look wonderfully light. Whether that translates into the amount of sparkle you want on your own skin is a different question, and one a product photograph cannot settle.

For a warmer route, Glazed Honey brings peach and golden-pink tones. There is a small naming wrinkle worth knowing when shopping: Dior UK calls the trio Glazed Honey, but lists its 007 palette as Iced Honey Glow. The matching balm and oil are both shade 114 Glazed Honey. Shade numbers are the useful anchor here.
Sparkly Plum is the bolder proposition, pairing the 008 palette’s plum-and-gold direction with fuchsia-plum lip colour in shade 115. Its product image has rather more party in it: bright pink beside gold and reddish tones, rather than the icy delicacy of 006.

Choose the colour, not the entire counter
The UK prices are £47 for a palette and £34 each for the balm and oil. All three together come to £115. That is a coordinated look, not a saving over those individual listed prices. If the palette is what caught your eye, the matching lips need not become an automatic extra £68.
Dior describes the palette as multi-use for face, eyes and décolleté. That gives it room to earn its place, but the useful question remains which colours and finishes you would actually reach for. A beautiful compact is allowed to be a pleasure. It need not arrive with a requirement to complete the set.
Prices checked on Dior UK on 28 October 2026; availability can change. This is a reported collection preview, not a wear test.
